Handsomebeast
Handsomebeast
Handsomebeast — yes, one word — is a five piece band based out of Houston, TX. They are the founders of an irresistible genre dubbed by the pioneers themselves as space-rock-bump-n-grind, which incorporates elements of classic and indie rock with futuristic electrofunk and infectious pop. Handsomebeast’s volcanic live performances quickly commanded the attention of the Houston music scene as they have become one of the hottest bands in the city. With one EP (2015’s Sexy Face Reaction Time) and one album (2014’s Estilo Gacho) out, and another album on the way for 2016, Handsomebeast is poised to take the nation by storm.
Vacation Manor
Vacation Manor
Vacation Manor is a four-piece indie rock band from Lynchburg, Virginia consisting of Nathan Towles (guitar, vocals), Josh Morales (guitar, BGV's), Dane Spearman (Bass), and Cole Young (Drums). The band formed in the fall of 2014 almost instantaneously after the four agreed to play as Towles' backing band for a Battle of the Bands in Washington, DC. After having practiced and performed collectively for the first time, the band had two finished songs and had won the competition all in under 24 hours.

Over the past year the band has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with several local and national acts including Magic Man, Civil Twilight, Colony House, and many more. The group’s combination of bright melodies with unique chord structures and strong pop drum beats bear resemblance to artists such as Young the Giant, Leagues, and the War on Drugs.

Having released their first single “A Toast and a Spirit” in October 2015, the band released their debut EP, Girl, Say, in Spring 2016. Now the band continues to write and play shows around the East Coast.
Sub-Radio
Sub-Radio
Washington, DC's Sub-Radio makes smart, danceable pop rock that's always expanding its boundaries. The sextet's high-energy live performances and variety of outstanding vocalists have put them on the map up and down the East Coast. The band’s clean guitars, dancefloor rhythms, and powerful vocals have garnered comparisons to established pop-rock acts like Walk The Moon and Two Door Cinema Club. Multiple songs have been recognized in national songwriting competitions, and Sub-Radio has gigged heavily across the region, playing at the Cherry Blossom Festival, LAUNCH, Celebrate Fairfax, Dewey Beach Music Conference, and Firefly Music Festival.

Following the success of their 2016 debut Same Train//Different Station, the band embarked on an ongoing series of monthly singles in April 2017. Sub-Radio is composed of Adam Bradley (vocals), Matt Prodanovich (guitar), Mike Chinen (guitar/keyboards), John Fengya (guitar/keyboards), Michael Pereira (drums), and Barry Siford (bass).
